Welcome to Awee Farm

Welcome to Awee Farm in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. We are a small (a wee) farm raising Nubian and MiniNubian dairy goats. Our herd currently consists of eight standard Nubians and ten MiniNubians. Our goats are registered with the American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA) or the Miniature Dairy Goat Association (MDGA). Each goat is fed separately and handled at least twice daily at feeding time, resulting in friendly, easy to manage animals.

This year we have bred one standard Nubian doe, Merry’s Easter Lily, who is due to kid on April 13. We have bred eight does who will kid with 1st through 4th generation MiniNubian kids. The first MiniNubian, Emmy Lou, is due to kid on March 20 with 4th generation kids, and the last, Lizah Jane, on June 5, with 1st generation kids.

Our does are from a very strong milking line giving us plenty of milk for making chevre, yogurt, and goat milk soap, plus plenty of milk for family use. We test for CAE annually with consistent negative results and pride ourselves on maintaining a healthy, hearty and well-managed herd of happy goats.

If you are able to provide a healthy, loving home for our MiniNubian and/or Nubian does or kids, please contact us as we have several other does who are not pictured. Preschool visit on "G is for Goat" Day
